This session is like a moving meditation. Not only does it allow you to exercise every major muscle group in the body, but it also allows you to connect with your breath, body, and mind and recharge for the rest of the day ahead, or to end the day on a balanced high.
We look forward to seeing new and familiar faces in the studio.
