Margaret is a qualified Yoga teacher and Meditation teacher. Through her years of practice she knows how to guide participants carefully and expertly through a range of healthful stretches and exercises without danger of discomfort or injury.
Margarets Mindful Movements classes teaches a combination of stretching, breath awareness. This class is for anyone wanting to build strength, flexibility and body awareness and all the benefits of improved breathing and mindfulness.
The meditation practice that Margaret shares is simple & highly effective, so much so that you are likely to experience its effects from only one session. It is, however, not easy; regular practice stimulates wondrous personal growth, but it relies on a sincere seeking heart, & a commitment to a practice that is somewhat counter-cultural in today’s world.
