Gentle align-and-flow style classes to harness your energy and flexibility to get you going and flowing into the rest of your day. These sessions weave a philosophic and/or spiritual theme into the sequencing so all levels of yoga practice can be accessed. Expect feel new energy through your body, mind and spirit.
This gentle practice includes mindful movement, postures, breath work, and meditation. Each class will have a different theme to increase vitality. Exercises can be adapted to all levels. Beginners or those with limited movement are welcome – you will not regret it!
